Dental Assurance Plan

As one of Dupont Family Dentistry’s new or existing valued patients, we want you to be aware of our exciting new Dental Assurance Program. This program was created with your dental health in mind and to reflect Dr. Diehl’s commitment to practice excellence.. It starts the minute you walk into our office, and remains as long as you are a valued patient with us. It is centered on quality restorative dental care and patient services that strive to be the best in Fort Wayne. When we complete any restorative or cosmetic service; that particular treatment is immediately backed by our Dental Assurance Program and its many benefits. For the 5 years following the original date of treatment, we will repair or replace that restoration if a new cavity occurs under it or if the restoration cracks or even falls out. In a day when good customer service is hard to find, and simple customer appreciation is a rarity, we want to assure you, that you and your dental health are our focus.

This plan was ultimately created to give the patient confidence that their choice in Dupont Family Dentistry and Dr. Diehl was a great one.

Exclusions for the Dental Assurance Program would include injuries from traumatic accidents, failure to follow through with bite-guard recommendations (i.e. need for a Bruxism splint to reduce grinding and damage to your bite, natural teeth, and restore teeth), and future periodontal or endodontic infections (abscesses requiring endodontic treatment like root canals or periodontal surgeries).
