First Visit
When we schedule your visit, you have the option of downloading our new patient forms from our website or they can be mailed to you. This allows you to complete them in the privacy of your home at your convenience.
Your initial exam will last approximately 1.5 hours. A comprehensive evaluation of your hard and soft tissues, including your TMJ and perio health will be done. We will evaluate your dental needs and specific concerns and develop a dental wellness plan just for you.
